Signatories of the Convention on Cluster Munitions included many of the world&#8217;s producers, stockpilers and past users, as well as some of the most seriously affected States.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To date, a total of 124 States have joined the Convention \u2013\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.clusterconvention.org\/country-profiles\/\" target=\"_blank\">112 States Parties<\/a>\u00a0and 12 Signatories.
